PAYMENT
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal account. Card details are transmitted over a 256 bit encryption and Paypal account payments are taken on Paypal's own secure pages.
GIFTS
Orders can be sent directly to a recipient along with a gift message which can be specified at checkout. No pricing information is included with any orders.
DELIVERY
• Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after midday Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
• It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs duties or fees incurred when the parcel enters their country. Delays incurred due to customs procedures are not included in the timescales given above.
• Prices shown on this website include VAT at 20%. There is no VAT due on orders delivered outside of the EU and this will be deducted automatically.
RETURNS
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Kutuu but if for any reason you are not, simply return your order to us within 28 days from the day it is received in the original packaging with a note of your name and order number enclosed. We advise obtaining a certificate of posting on all returns and a refund will be made by the same method that payment was taken. Unless faulty, we do not refund the costs incurred returning products. Earrings and bespoke products are non-returnable.
