Ordering
To order through this website you will first need to create an account, this will allow you to keep track of your orders and use various features. Once logged in, add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will then be guided through the steps to complete the order. All sensitive information such as login and order details are sent over a 256 bit encrypted connection for security.

Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within three working days, please check the homepage for any notice of delays or contact us prior to ordering for confirmation.

Packaging
All jewellery comes beautifully packaged in Kutuu boxes or pouches.

Payment
Payment is taken by credit or debit card through our card handler Nochex. All prices include VAT at 17.5%, our VAT number is GB 981 8005 10.

Delivery
Delivery is free within the UK and usually takes 1-2 days. Small orders for items such as loose charms are sent by standard 1st class delivery and all other orders are sent by recorded or special delivery which require signing for.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer delivery outside the UK.

Returns
You have 7 days from the day you receive your order in which to cancel it by contacting us. Your jewellery should then be returned to us within 28 days in the original packaging to our address found on your dispatch note. A note of your name, order number and request for a refund should be included and it is advisable to obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept returns of personalised designs or earrings.

Other
Natural materials such as gemstones and pearls will vary and from time to time materials in some designs may change slightly. Kutuu products are not suitable for young children. Gemstone healing and metaphysical lore is for inspiration and entertainment only.
