'Forget Me Not' Plant Marker

A sweet little reminder to pop in a plant pot.

This solid metal plant marker is stamped with "forget me not" and decorated with three tiny flowers. It slides into an illustrated card with your own personal message on the plant pot.

There is extra space to write a message on the back of the card before popping into the brown paper envelope and perhaps gifting with a little packet of forget me not seeds or a mini plant pot for extra sweetness.
